How to Enter

To enter, follow these easy steps:

  • Read about the categories on the ‘Categories’ page of this website
  • Download the entry form
  • Complete the entry form offline
  • Go to the ‘Enter’ page
  • Submit your details and upload your completed entry form when prompted along with any supporting images or material
  • Complete your payment details - Cost: £50 + VAT per entry

Specific Conditions:

  • The Awards scheme is open to any company creating products targeted at the needs of people with disabilities
  • Projects may be entered into more than one category as appropriate, but an entry fee must be paid for each category entered
  • The judging panel reserves the right to re-assign entries from one category to another if appropriate
  • The judges’ priority will be to reward newly launched products or those that have recently been significantly upgraded
  • The judges’ decision is final
  • The results of the enABLE09 Innovation Awards, including finalists and commendations as well as winners, will be published in leading publications and will be publicised via the Awards website
  • Centaur Media/enABLE09 Innovation Awards accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of any materials submitted. Entries cannot be returned
  • All finalists will be displayed at the enABLE09 exhibition. The means of display will either be via graphic panels created by the organiser or at the organisers’ discretion via display of the actual product. It is intended that all the category winners will have their actual products displayed in the award winners feature. No charge will be made for the graphic panels, but if the product is chosen for actual display the entrant will be responsible for the costs of delivering and collecting the product to the organisers. Entrants will not be allowed to man their products that are displayed in the enABLE09 Innovation Awards feature as it is not designed as a substitute for an exhibition stand.

    Confidentiality
    Information provided on the entry form will be used to create the finalists display feature at the enABLE09 exhibition and on the enABLE09 Innovation Awards website. If any of the information is commercially sensitive and you do not wish it to be used in this way then please ensure the relevant parts of the entry are marked clearly ‘judges eyes only’.
